    Greetings! The Pambayang Pederasyon ng Sangguniang Kabataan of San

    Narciso, Quezon writes this letter to request your good o ce to give us Three

    Drums of Water to be use in our upcoming event, the Araw ng Kabataan 2023.

    As this is an event for the youth, we would like to request your drum and lyre

    band to join our parade on Aug. 26, 2023, 7am to be started near the St.

    Joseph Church, Brgy. Pagdadamayan and will end at the San Narciso Central

    Elementary School. We hope for your positive response!
