    For all recipes listed on my crop pot freezer recipe page (including one outside link which makes 2 meals woth) . Quantities listed are for 1 recipe worth,
    making a total of 11 meals. If you are adventerous enough to try doubling them all (or tripling...) make sure you adjust accordingly

    Dry Mustard 2 T + 1.5 tsp
    Enchilada Sauce 1 - 10 oz can
    Frozen Corn - 10 oz package + 1 cup
    Frozen Green peas 1/2 cup
    Frozen Stir fry vegetable mix 16 oz
    Garbanzo beans 1 can
    Garlic - Minced 13 cloves worth
    Gold Potatoes 2
    Green Chile Peppers 1 - 4 oz can
    Ground beef 1 lb
    Honey 1/4 cup

    Pork Roast (or whatever's on sale) 1 lb
