    Probable Project Cost = (Current Benchmark Value) X (Total Gross Floor Area)
    2. Get an Architect. Pay Professional Fee.

    3. Architect will finalize all the DESIGN Disciplines with allied professions
    Architectural
    Structural
    Electrical
    Plumbing / Sanitary
    Mechanical(if needed)
    4. Architect will provide Bill of Materials and the Estimated Project Construction Cost.
