Assalamualaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh.


The honorable of the judges, teachers and all of my friends, Good afternoon.
How is life? I really hope you are all fine.
First of all, let’s thank to Allah SWT for giving us grace, guidance and everything
so that we are gathering here.
My name is Nada Febrisa Salsabila and I would like to deliver a speech about
Healthy Lifestyle.
Are you ready? Okay, listen to me please!
This is me, standing here in front of you all, to shed light on an important topic
that affects every one of us: Healthy Lifestyle.
Do you know ladies and gentlemen? It is crucial that we prioritize our well-being
and maintain a clean and healthy environment. Our health is our most valuable
asset, and without it, we cannot fully enjoy the wonders of life. Adopting a healthy
lifestyle doesn’t only mean improve our physical well-being, but it also increases our
mental and emotional state.
But what a shame?
According to 2017 UNICEF study, around half of Indonesian teenagers skip
their breakfast at home, so their first meal of the day is made up of whatever they can
get at school. There’s typically no regulation on what can be sold in school canteens,
so what’s available is largely left to the discretion of the school. Moreover, the school
curriculum also includes little about nutrition and healthy activities.
Ladies and gentleman
As a teenager, A healthy lifestyle is crucial for everyone, regardless of age, as
they help prevent various diseases and maintain overall well-being. All we can do is
apply healthy habits regularly. Such as, eating nutritious foods, regular exercise,
Drinking plenty of water, getting enough sleep, Prioritizing mental health, and many
more.
Now, I would like to ask all of you. Have yo done all those good habits? If you
haven’t, how are ways to do those habbits regularly without being bored?
Ladies and gentlemen
Next, I would like to answer those questions.
Some simple ways that we can do to maintain doing healthy lifestyle are::
1. Set specific goals
Define what you want to achieve with your healthy life habits. Having clear goals
will help you to stay motivated and focused.
2. Create a routine
Build a daily or weekly routine that incorporates your desired habits. Consistency
is the key to making these habits a regular part of your life.
3. Make it enjoyable
Find ways to make your healthy habits enjoyable. For example, listen to music or
podcasts while you do exercise.
4. Find more friends
Having friends or family member join you in your healthy habits can make them
more fun and enjoyable. You can exercise together or motivate each other to keep
your living space clean.
5. Reward yourself
Treat yourself to something you enjoy, like a movie night or a new book, when you
reach a milestone in doing healhty lifestyle.

The honorable ladies and gentlemen, that’s all my words.


Remember, small steps can lead to big changes, so start today by making
conscious choices that support a healthy lifestyle. Your future self will thank you for
the investment you make in your health and the environment you create. So, let's
strive for a healthier, cleaner, and more vibrant life together!
