    Dear Jyoti,

    We are pleased to inform that you have been engaged as a Consultant and assigned a role of Sales Executive on the
    following terms and conditions:
    You will be a consultant for assignments in The Client, based at Dehradun-Haridwar Road from 18-10-22 to 17-09-23.

    1. The professional fee payable to you for this period will be Rs 10000/- per month. This will be subject to the deduction of
    applicable taxes.

    2. However, this contract stands rescinded if the assignment gets completed before the end of 17-09-2023. On such occasion
    you will be paid on a pro-rated basis for the period actually consulted.
    3. Being a Consultant, you will not be entitled for any other benefits & facilities of the Company. However, you will be covered under
    Medical policy of Rs. 20,000/- per policy year and under Term Insurance policy of Rs. 1,00,000/- sum assured. And its only for the consultants
    not for his/her family. We trust this association would be mutually beneficial

    4. During this contract period, you will handle all information linked to the affairs of the company with utmost secrecy and
    shall keep confidential any information, instruments, documents etc., relating to the company that may come to your
    professional knowledge.

    5. There is a 15 days’ termination notice required should you wish to leave your employment with TalentPro India HR Pvt. Ltd.
    Your Intention to resign should be communicated properly by email to Relianceconsultant@talentproindia.com keeping
    your reporting manager in CC. If you leave the job without notice, then it will be considered as "Absconding”, and 15 days
    of your pay-out will be recovered from your pay-out if any. Your relieving will be put on hold till the time you pay back the
    recovery amount"
    6. This letter is not a contract or guarantee of employment for a definite amount of time.

    7. Due to the nature of business of TalentPro India HR Pvt. Ltd, its products and services are very unique in nature and hence
    any information shared with you during the course of your association with us may not be divulged to any other person /
    agents not authorized by TalentPro India HR Pvt. Ltd. The details of the products and services you are associated with and
    any relevant documents you may possess or create during your association with us are the property of TalentPro India HR
    Pvt. Ltd.

    8. During the period of your assignment with us, you will work honestly, faithfully, diligently and efficiently contribute to the
    assignment given to you. This agreement shall be terminable by either party giving fifteen days’ notice.

    9. If you accept the above terms and conditions, please return to us the duplicate copy of this letter duly signed in token of
    your acceptance. If no reply is received within 5 days from the date of this letter, this offer shall be treated as cancelled and
    withdrawn.
    We trust this association would be mutually beneficial.
