JUDGING THE CLEANEST CLASSROOM AND MOST DISCIPLINED SECTION

GENERAL MECHANICS AND GUIDELINES

1. The SEARCH FOR CLEANEST CLASSROOM AND MOST DISCIPLINED SECTION is organized by JNHS YES-
O. The contest is from Junior High School Sections (Grade 7 to Grade 10) and Senior High School Sections
(Grade 11 to Grade 12).

2. The said contest will start in January 2020. All students are expected to participate through daily
cleaning of classrooms and outdoor areas.

3. Each section shall be guided by the criteria given by YES-O.

4. Subject teachers will be the main the room evaluators. The School head and YES-O adviser will inspect
and evaluate the room randomly, every day.

8. Two sections will be declared weekly. The monthly winner will be determined with 80% (Weekly
Result, 20% Invited Guest Result) The section with the highest accumulated points for the week receive
the weekly award and the sections with the highest total weekly points for the month will be declared
the “Cleanest and Most Disciplined Section of the Month.”

5. Awarding will be done every Monday morning during the flag ceremony.

6. The contest shall continue until the end of the school year.

9. Three (3) weekly winners will receive a tarpaulin distinction. One (1) monthly winners will receive
certificates and cash prizes.

10. Monthly Evaluation Report will be distributed per section to assess the strongest/weakest criterion
met.

11. In the over-all result, top 3 will be awarded during the Commencement Exercises a Certificate of
Recognition both the class and the adviser.

12. All students must show enthusiasm to the said activity. Room evaluators will put RED TAGS on
undisciplined classrooms.

INDICATORS

• Excellent (5): a standard of condition which is IDEAL IN ALL ASPECTS

• Very Satisfactory (4): a standard of condition which is ABOVE AVERAGE

• Satisfactory (3): a standard of which meets the NORMAL REQUIREMENTS TEMPORARILY ACCEPTABLE
AND NEED SOME IMPROVEMENTS

• Unsatisfactory (2): a standard of condition regarded as VERY LIMITED AND WANTING IN QUALITY

• Poor (1): a standard of condition that NEEDS MAJOR IMPROVEMENTS
