Chatter Contract Template
This Employment Contract is entered into as of the Friday of October, 2023, by and between
Revert Management, a company registered in United Kingdom, having its principal place of
business at London and Nicole.
WHEREAS, the Employer desires to hire Employee as a Custom Support Agent, and the
Employee desires to be employed by the Employer in such capacity;
1. Employment.
The Employer hereby employs Employee as a Customer Support Agent, and Employee
hereby accepts such employment, upon the terms and conditions set forth in this Contract.
Employee shall perform the administrative and financial tasks as assigned by Employer,
which shall be carried out diligently, professionally, and to the best of Employee's abilities.
Employee acknowledges that, in the course of performing their duties, they may be exposed
to and have access to confidential and proprietary information of the Employer ("Confidential
Information"). Confidential Information includes, but is not limited to, business strategies,
financial information, trade secrets, customer lists, and any other non-public information.
Employee agrees to:
a) Not disclose, publish or otherwise reveal any Confidential Information to any third party
without the prior written consent of the Employer.
b) Not use, reproduce, or copy any Confidential Information, except as necessary to fulfill
Employee's duties under this Contract.
c) Not download or save any materials from the Employer's private folders, including but not
limited to, Google Drive folders.
4. Payment.
a) During the probationary period of four (4) weeks, Employee shall be paid at a rate of $2
per hour for the first two weeks and $4 per hour for the final two weeks of probation plus 5%
net commission on net earnings.
b) After the probationary period, subject to performance, the Employee shall earn 10% net
commission on sales earned (commission only, no salary).
c) Payments will be made through Wise. Employee shall create a Wise account and provide
the necessary details to the Employer. The Employer will be responsible for transfer fees.
d) Payments will be made every other weekend during the probationary period and monthly
thereafter.
5. Work Schedule.
Employee shall work four (4) days on and four (4) days off, with 10 hour shifts. Employee is
required to check in and out when starting and finishing work. Workings hours are subject to
change.
6. Notice of Termination.
Either party may terminate this Contract by providing one (1) week's written notice to the
other party.
7. Performance.
8. No Moonlighting or Subcontracting.
Employee shall not engage in any other employment, consulting, or business activity that
would conflict with Employee's duties under this Contract. Employee shall not subcontract or
assign any of their duties to any third party without the prior written consent of the Employer.
a) Employee shall indemnify and hold harmless the Employer from any and all claims,
damages, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising from any breach of this
Contract by Employee.
b) Employee represents and warrants that they have the necessary skills, qualifications, and
experience to perform the duties required under this Contract.
In no event shall either party be liable to the other for any indirect, special, consequential, or
punitive damages, whether foreseeable or unforeseeable, and whether based on breach of
contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
11. Force Majeure.
Neither party shall be held responsible for any failure or delay in the performance of its
obligations under this Contract due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including
but not limited to, acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, natural disasters, or
governmental actions.
12. Waivers.
The failure of either party to enforce any provision of this Contract shall not be construed as a
waiver of such provision or of the right to enforce it at a later time.
13. Holidays.
After the probationary period, Employee may submit holiday requests, which must be made
more than one calendar month in advance. Approval of holiday requests is at the sole
discretion of the Employer.
This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior
or contemporaneous understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of
this Contract.
15. Amendments.
This Contract may be amended only in writing and signed by both parties.
This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Agency
Country], without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in
connection with this Contract shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of
United Kingdom
17. Counterparts.
This Contract may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed
an original and all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument.
