    1. Farmers in China are facing many problems. However, farm outputs have been increasing. There are
    two main ways to increase farm outputs including developing more land for farming and increasing the
    (1) yield per unit of land. To achieve this, (2) scientific farming methods can help.
    2. Scientific farming methods refer to the use of technology in farming.
    3. (3) Irrigation, use of machines, use of (4) chemical fertilizers and pesticides and growing
