    - Ghost
    - Ghetto
    - Ghana

    /f/ There are some words in English in which -gh is pronounced with /f/
    - Tough
    - Cough
    - Laugh
    - Enough
    - rough

    Silent. Normally, -gh at the end of a word is not pronounced, as in
