-Gh
/g/ when -gh goes at the beggining of the word:
- Ghost
- Ghetto
- Ghana

/f/ There are some words in English in which -gh is pronounced with /f/
- Tough
- Cough
- Laugh
- Enough
- rough

Silent. Normally, -gh at the end of a word is not pronounced, as in


- Through - Though
- Sigh - Weigh
- Although - High
Also, when -gh is around other letters, it is not pronunced neither, as in
- Thought
- Bought - Daughter
- Caught - Eight
- Fought - Night
