Cedar Club Multi Gardens Islamabad, previously known as Multi Club, is a luxuriously built
community club spread over approximately 100 kanals of land, conveniently located to have easy access
from/to B-17, E-11, F-17, Multi ROS and other housing societies situated besides Motorway and G.T.
Road. It will offer a luxurious but modest relaxing environment to the prestigious residents of these

The rights of management and operations of Cedar Club have been acquired from MPCHS by
Comfort and Care Hospitality (Private) Ltd after due process. The Club will be operated on commercial
basis, ensuring highest service standard, elegant environment, competitive prices and decent rebates for
the Club Members.
Cedar Club is essentially a membership based club offering distinct and valuable advantages to its
members as per laid down terms and conditions. At present, we offer following types of membership to
our valued clients:-
a. Category-1. MPCHS members who are also residing in any of the MPCHS Schemes.
b. Category-2. MPCHS members who are NOT residing in any of the MPCHS Schemes.
c. Category-3. Residing in any of the MPCHS Schemes as tenant, who are not member of the
Society.
d. Category-4. General Category. Persons not covered in any of the first three categories.
e. Category-5. Sports Membership.

 CEDAR CLUB RULES
1. Cedar Club has been aquired by M/S Comfort and Care Hospitality (Private) Ltd purely as a commercial
project that grants its membership to the applicant essentially on merit. Submitting the application form does
not guarantee membership.
2. After scrutiny of the application form, the applicant and his/ her spouse will be invited together for an
interview by the Club Management Committee. Membership will be granted on the basis of
recommendation/ discretion of the Committee. The Club is not bound to share reasons for refusal of
membership to any applicant. Decision of the Management Committee will be final and could not be
challenged at any forum, including the court of law.
3. Cessation/ Canacellation of Membership. Any of the following will entail cancellation of membership of
a member:-
a. Persistent breech of Club rules. Cedar Club Management Committee will be the sole judge in this regard
and no representation against its decision could be made at any forum, including the court of law.
b. Failure to pay the Club bill and other dues.
c. A member who has committed a serious mis-behaviour at the Club premises, or has been convicted of
a crime by a court of law.
4. Member’s Guests
a. Unaccompanied guests are not entertained by the Club.
b. Guests can be introduced in dining facilities and guest rooms only. At sports facilities, guests will be
charged at par with the Non-Members.
c. While introducing a guest, following must be borne in mind by a member:-
i. A person refused membership of the Club cannot be introduced as guest.
ii. Family members are not permitted to introduce a guest.
iii. Same guest cannot be introduced for more than three consecutive days.
iv. Guests should park their vehicles outside the Club gate.
v. Members would be solely responsible for the conduct of their guests.
5. Members, their guests and families are expected to abide by the dress code. Track Suit, Shorts and Joggers
are not permitted to be worn in the Club except in sports facilities.
6. Pets of any type are not allowed to be brought to the Club premises, including guest rooms.
7. Smoking/ Vaping is not allowed inside the Club building.
8. Servants are not permitted to enter the main Club building or to sit in the lawn.
9. No political/ religious/ sectarian/ ethnic meetings or speeches are allowed in the Club.
10. Use of alcoholic drinks including beer, and gambling is strictly forbidden in the Club. Violator will lose his
Club membership. Besides, mess staff has instructions to turn out such persons by use of force.
11. Cost of damages caused to any Club property by a member, his/ her guests or family will be recovered from
the member.
12. Members are expected to adhere to various timings laid down from time to time.
13. At the time of renewal/cancellation of membership, old expired card must be returned.
14. In case of loss of membership card, copy of FIR/ Testimony Form must be provided for issuance of duplicate
card/ cancellation of membership.
15. Declaration: It is certified that the particulars given above are correct and I have read and agree to abide by
the Cedar Club Rules, Membership Policy, and any other rules/ instructions/ advisories issued by Cedar Club
Administration from time to time using any means. I shall pay all bills/ dues in time.

 CEDAR CLUB RULES
1. Cedar Club has been aquired by M/S Comfort and Care Hospitality (Private) Ltd purely as a commercial
project that grants its membership to the applicant essentially on merit. Submitting the application form does
not guarantee membership.
2. After scrutiny of the application form, the applicant and his/ her spouse will be invited together for an
interview by the Club Management Committee. Membership will be granted on the basis of
recommendation/ discretion of the Committee. The Club is not bound to share reasons for refusal of
membership to any applicant. Decision of the Management Committee will be final and could not be
challenged at any forum, including the court of law.
3. Cessation/ Canacellation of Membership. Any of the following will entail cancellation of membership of
a member:-
a. Persistent breech of Club rules. Cedar Club Management Committee will be the sole judge in this regard
and no representation against its decision could be made at any forum, including the court of law.
b. Failure to pay the Club bill and other dues.
c. A member who has committed a serious mis-behaviour at the Club premises, or has been convicted of
a crime by a court of law.
4. Member’s Guests
a. Unaccompanied guests are not entertained by the Club.
b. Guests can be introduced in dining facilities and guest rooms only. At sports facilities, guests will be
charged at par with the Non-Members.
c. While introducing a guest, following must be borne in mind by a member:-
vi. A person refused membership of the Club cannot be introduced as guest.
vii. Family members are not permitted to introduce a guest.
viii. Same guest cannot be introduced for more than three consecutive days.
ix. Guests should park their vehicles outside the Club gate.
x. Members would be solely responsible for the conduct of their guests.
5. Members, their guests and families are expected to abide by the dress code. Track Suit, Shorts and Joggers
are not permitted to be worn in the Club except in sports facilities.
6. Pets of any type are not allowed to be brought to the Club premises, including guest rooms.
7. Smoking/ Vaping is not allowed inside the Club building.
8. Servants are not permitted to enter the main Club building or to sit in the lawn.
9. No political/ religious/ sectarian/ ethnic meetings or speeches are allowed in the Club.
10. Use of alcoholic drinks including beer, and gambling is strictly forbidden in the Club. Violator will lose his
Club membership. Besides, mess staff has instructions to turn out such persons by use of force.
11. Cost of damages caused to any Club property by a member, his/ her guests or family will be recovered from
the member.
12. Members are expected to adhere to various timings laid down from time to time.
13. At the time of renewal/cancellation of membership, old expired card must be returned.
14. In case of loss of membership card, copy of FIR/ Testimony Form must be provided for issuance of duplicate
card/ cancellation of membership.

16. Membership Criteria
a. Applicant must be University Graduate.
b. Serving/ Retired Government Servant should be at least in grade 17 (Attach Certificate).
c. In a private organization, they must be at Manager level (Attach Certificate).
d. Self-employed applicant must have amiable personality, be of outstanding integrity and must have
been sponsored by a Member.
e. Final approval will rest with the Club’s Executive Committee and subject to interview.

17. Membership Fees and Other Dues for Sports Membership

Membership Fee Rs. 200,000/- (10% discount for Serving/ Retd Govt servants)
Monthly Subs Rs. 3,000/- per family except Swimming Pool
