    DEED OF REDEMPTION FOR RS.

    100,000/-

    This Redemption Deed is made at Samundri, District Faisalabad on this 19 th day of


    October 2023 by and between

    BANK AL HABIB LIMITED, a banking company, incorporated under the relevant


    LAWS OF Islamic Republic of Pakistan, having its Registered Office at 126-C, Old
    Bahawalpur Road, Multan and one of its Branch Office known as Samundri Branch,
    Circular Road, Faisalabad through its attorney/ authorized officer, Mr. Muhammad Asim
    Bukhari (CNIC No.33100-4475443-1), S/o Syed Muhammad Izhar Bukhari (hereinafter
    referred to as the BANK) of the one part.

    AND

    MR. KAMRAN HAFEEZ (CNIC No.33105-6335005-9), S/o Abdul Hafeez, R/o Ward
    No.4, House No.P-47, Mohallah Mandi Bazar, Tehsil Samundri, District Faisalabad
    (hereinafter referred to as the MORTGAGOR) of the other part.

    WHEREAS the customer, M/s Faizan Pharmacy, has been granted a Finance Facility of
    Rs.100,000/- by the Bank and for the repayment of the said Bank’s dues, the mortgagor
    mortgaged its owned property more particularly described in the schedule hereunder in
    favor of the Bank vide Mortgage Deed No.444, Book No.1, dated 09.02.2019 registered
    with the office of Sub-Registrar, Samundri, Faisalabad.

    NOW THIS DEED WITNESSETH AS UNDER

    1. That in consideration of the said customer paying off the Bank, the Bank doth
    hereby transfer, re-conveyance up to the mortgagor all the property mentioned
    above and more particularly described in the schedule hereunder mortgaged with it
    with the rights, title and interest transferred to it.

    2. That hereafter the said property stand released from the charge and encumbrances
    created in favor of the Bank and the rights transferred to the Bank are hereby re-
    conveyed to the Mortgagor.

    SCHEDULE OF PROPERTY

    All that piece and parcel of property measuring 6-Marla 5-Sarsahi, comprising of
    (i) 4M-1/2S (being 36-1/2 / 720 out of Salam Khata measuring 4K-0M) bearing
    Khewat No.567, Khatuni No.567, & (ii) 2M-4-1/2S (being 22-1/2 / 630 share out
    of 3K-10M, Salam Khata in 1-Qitaa) bearing Khewat No.574, Khatuni No.574, as
    per Jamabandi for the year 2008-09 situated at Chak No.533 G.B, Tehsil
    Samundri, District Faisalabad.

    IN WITNESS WHEREOF the above named Mortgagee Bank through its above named
    Attorney has signed this deed on the day, month and year written above.
