    4.o you who belive the law of equality is prescribed to yuou
    in cases of murderur: the free for free but if any remisssion
    is made by the brother of the slain then grant any resonaable
    emand
    HADITH: if any one kill a beliver intenteionally the killer
    shall be handed over to the heir of the deceased. They are
    free to give death punishment or clain the blood money. The
    blood money in such a case will be thrity she camel of 3 year
    each. Thirty she camel of 4 year each and fortys she camel of
    five year each in addition to it theyy they agree on any cash
    amount
    5. o you who belev intoxiant gambling … are abomination of
    satan handiwork so shun them
    HADITH: the prophet lashed a drunkard with a stick and shoe
    and hazrat abu bakr whipped him forty time’s
    6.Offer prayer and giv poor tax regularly
    HADITH:there is no prayer if opening chapter of Quran is not
    recited

    QURAN and IJMA


    Quotation: “OBEY ALLAH AND THE MESSENGER AND THOSE
    CHARGED WITH AUTHORITY” or “MY COMMUNITY WILL
    NEVER AGREE UPON AN EROR”
