    PROVISIONALLY SELECTED CANDIDATES FOR THE POST OF


    POST GRADUATE TEACHER (ALL SUBJECTS), ASSISTANT SECTION OFFICER,
    SENIOR SECRETARIAT ASSISTANT & JUNIOR SECRETARIT ASSISTANT
    IN KVS THROUGH DIRECT RECRUITMENT 2022

    1. All the lists of selected candidates for the post of Post Graduate Teacher
    (All Subjects), Assistant Section Officer, Senior Secretariat Assistant and
    Junior Secretariat Assistant uploaded on KVS website are provisional
    and subject to verification of eligibility criteria i.e. Educational
    Qualification, Experience, Caste Certificate etc. as per the
    advertisement. In case, if any candidate found ineligible at any stage of
    recruitment process i.e. at the time of joining or after joining by the
    appointing authority / reporting authority, his her candidature/ offer of
    appointment will be withdrawn / cancelled.

    2. The list(s) of selected candidates for the post of Post Graduate Teacher
    (PGT) and Junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA) uploaded on KVS website is
    provisional and subject to outcome of following Court cases on relevant
    matter before the Hon’ble Courts in India as per details given below:

    PGT (All 12 ‘The selection/offer of appointment shall be subject to the
    subjects) outcome of OA/WP No. 7173/2023.’
    PGT ‘The selection/offer of appointment shall be subject to the
    (Chemistry) outcome of OA/WP No. 1658/2023.’
    PGT ‘The selection/offer of appointment shall be subject to the
    (Mathematics) outcome of OA/WP No. 659/2023.’
    PGT (Bio- ‘The selection/offer of appointment shall be subject to the
    Technology) outcome of OA/WP No. 483/2023.’
    Junior ‘The selection/offer of appointment for the post of JSA shall
    Secretariat be subject to the outcome of OA No. 1709/2023, 503/2023,
    Assistant 1567/2023 and 1817/2023.’
