SCOPE OF WORK

A) SCOPE OF WORK: For Nursing staff ANM


1) As per direction of ACMO/ EIC
2) Nursing staff may be posted in Barkagaon site office or as per requirement of ACMO/ EIC.
3) Providing her services in medical camps.
4) Will assist lady Doctor in women health camps and camps in model girl’s school of PB, CB, BADAM &
KDCMP.
5) Providing nursing care services to patients in OPD chamber, when required.
6) Assist in dispensing the medicine in medical camps as and when required.
7) Life saving preliminary treatment (First Aid) to be provided by nursing staff to any emergency patient.
8) Proper hygienic and aseptic condition is to be maintained at the place of work.
B) SCOPE OF WORK: for patient care attendant cum DCFA.
1) As per direction of ACMO/ EIC.
2) Providing his services in medical camps.
3) He will assist in dispensing of medicine in medical camps and other miscellaneous work related to the
Medical department of PB, CB, BADAM & KDCMP.
4) Will assist in proper arrangement of storage and record keeping of medicines.
5) Autoclaving of dressing materials, instruments as per norms.
6) He may be posted is Barkagaon site office or as per requirement by ACMO/EIC.
7) Life saving preliminary treatment (First Aid) to be provided by him to any emergency patient.
8) Proper hygienic and aseptic condition is to be maintained at the place of work.

Terms and Conditions
i) Deployment of one no. of Nursing staff / ANM.
1) The work shall be awarded for 24 months.
2) Qualified Nursing staff female registered with Jharkhand Council of Nursing Registration or equivalent
and patient care service cum DCFA having first aid certificate.
3) To report at Barkagaon site office/ Hazaribagh office or as required by EIC and transport to be
arranged by his/ her own by concerned for reaching office.
4) GST as applicable shall be paid extra.
5) Agency shall submit certified copy of attendance along with absentee statement certified by EIC with
monthly RA Bill.
6) Payment will be made through monthly RA Bill.
7) Appropriate dress shall be provided to Nursing staff (Female) deployed by agency at their own cost.
8) The design and colour of uniform shall be approved by UPL/ NTPC.
9) Termination of contract: - UPL reserve the right to terminate the contract with one month notice in
advance in case of non performance/ unsatisfactory performance or any other reason, what so ever as
per contract terms.
10) Defect liability period: NIL.
12) Holidays shall be in line with PBCMP, NTPC Ltd. further the deployed manpower will be entitled to
avail en-cashable leave @ one day leave per month.
13) ANY OTHER CHANGE IN RATE /PRICE VARIATION
Price variation for manpower component shall be computed in accordance with the following formula:
E1 = E0 (0.06 + 0.94 W1/W0)
Where E1= Revised award value of contract
E0= Original award vale of contract
W1= Applicable revised minimum wage
W0=Existing minimum wage for USW/SSW/SW/HSW as applicable during tendering.

SUBJECT TO HRD POLICY UPL/ NTPC.


14) Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana and Pradhan Mantri Suraksha BimaYojana SHOULD BE
COVERED.

Terms and Conditions:

2) Service cum DCFA having first aid certificate.
3) To report at Barkagaon site office/ Hazaribagh office or as required by EIC and transport to be
arranged by his/ her own by concerned for reaching office.

Payment Terms:

1. Payment will be made through monthly RA Bill.


2. Taxes applicable shall be paid as per guidelines/ rules.
3. SD shall be deducted as per norms of UPL.
4. All the conditions as per the GCC of UPL shall be applicable.
5. Safety of personnel deployed to be taken care of by agency.
6. Price variation for manpower component shall be computed in accordance the following formula:
E1 = E0 (0.06 + 0.94 W1/W0)
Where
E1= Revised award value of contract
E0= Original award vale of contract
W1= Applicable revised minimum wage
W0=Existing minimum wage for USW/SSW/SW/HSW as applicable during tendering
7) In case of non availability of any manpower, no payment shall be made to the agency for non
deployment of manpower in respect of their absence period only.
