 8 mm safety eyes or black beads

The head, body and legs of this tiny amigurumi kitty cat are crocheted as one piece. They’re joined in the
course of crocheting. Work in continuous rounds using a stitch marker.
Head:
Crochet with black yarn.
Rnd 1: 6 sc in magic ring [6]
Rnd 2: (inc) repeat 6 times [12]
Rnd 3: (sc in next st, inc) repeat 6 times [18]
Rnd 4: (sc in next 2 st, inc) repeat 6 times [24]
Rnd 8-13: sc in all 42 st [42]
Rnd 14: (sc in next 5 st, dec) repeat 6 times [36]
Insert safety eyes between Rnd 11 and Rnd 12 (7 st in between the eyes).
Stuff with fiberfill.
Rnd 18: (sc in next st, dec) repeat 6 times [12]
Add more stuffing. The head is done. Continue working on the body.
Body:
Stuff as you go.
Rnd 19: sc in all 12 st [12]
Rnd 20: (sc in next st, inc) repeat 6 times [18]
Change to pink yarn.

Change to black yarn.

Now you’re going to crochet legs. Divide the body in two equal parts with stitch marker (each part consists
of 13 st).
Rnd 1: crochet the first round of the leg: make sc in each st till the marker then turn and crochet on the other
side of the body, forming a circle [13]
Stuff.
Rnd 6: (dec) repeat 6 times [7]
Fasten off leaving a small tail. Weave in the yarn tail in front loops of the rest 7 stitches, then pull to close
the hole. Hide the end.
Join the black yarn between the legs and crochet the second leg on the rest 13 st of the body in the same

Skirt:
Join pink yarn to a front loop of Rnd 28 of the body and crochet as follows.

Fasten off and hide the yarn tail.
Arms (make 2):
Stuff the bottom of the arm with fiberfill.
Rnd 6: (sc in next st, dec) repeat 3 times, sc in next st [7]
Flatten the edges and crochet 3 sc through the stitches of both layers, closing the hole. Fasten off leaving a
tail for sewing.
Muzzle:
Crochet with white yarn.
Finish with sl st. Fasten off leaving a tail for sewing. Stuff a little bit.
Ears (make 2):

Work with black yarn.
Finish with sl st. Fasten off leaving a tail for sewing. Don’t stuff.
Tail:

Flowers (make 3):
Make 2 yellow flowers and 1 pink flower.
Crochet in magic ring (3 ch, sc) x 5 times.
When finish the pink flower, don’t fasten off, crochet a chain equal to the head size. Sew the yellow flower
on the band under the pink one (look at the picture). Join the ends of the band together.
Assembly:
1. Sew on the muzzle between Rnd 10 and Rnd 15.
2. Embroider a nose with pink embroidery floss.
3. Pin the ears to the head at Rnds 4-9, then sew them on.
4. Sew on the arms at Rnd 19 of the body.
5. Sew on the tail right under the skirt.
6. To make shoulder straps attach pink yarn on Rnd 22 at the front and crochet 12 ch. Join with sl st to Rnd
22 at the back.
7. Sew yellow flower on the dress and put on the head band.
8. Tint the cheeks with rouge.
