    Fee under ”Jagananna Vidhya Deevena (RTF)” scheme subject to verification and eligibility criteria prescribed by Government of
    Andhra Pradesh vide G.O.Ms.No:66 dated 08/09/2010 of Social Welfare (EDN) Department, G.O.Ms.No:115, dated 30/11/2019 and
    G.O.Ms. No.28, Dated 16/06/2020 of Social Welfare (EDN) Department. If the candidate found not eligible for fee reimbursement,
    the candidate shall have to pay the total fee as prescribed by the Government of Andhra Pradesh, vide G.O.RT.No.138 dated 09-07-
    2018 of Higher Education (TE) Department.
    Instructions to Candidates:

    1. The candidate is instructed to download the allotment order from https://appolycet.nic.in


    2. Further candidate is instructed to report from website https://appolycet.nic.in through a “Self-Reporting System”. The
    candidate is instructed to take print out of two copies of joining report and report to the polytechnic/Institution allotted on or
    before 18.10.2021. The candidate is instructed to submit a copy of joining report, allotment order and obtain
    acknowledgement on 2nd copy of joining report from the Polytechnic/institution where the candidate has reported and retain
    with the candidate.
    3. Both self - reporting and reporting at allotted polytechnic / institution is compulsory to retain the present allotment.
    4. If the candidate does not report through self reporting or at allotted polytechnic/ institution the provisional allotment will be
    treated as a vacancy for the next phase and the provisional allotment of 1st phase will automatically stands cancel and the
    candidate has no claim on the seat now allotted.
    5. The last date for reporting for 1st phase of admission through candidates log in https://appolycet.nic.in and allotted
    Polytechnic/Institution is 18.10.2021.
    6. The academic credentials verified now in web counselling found false at later date, the candidate is liable for criminal
    prosecution
    7. The Candidate is not required to deposit original certificates in the Polytechnic/ Institution at the time of admission.The
    candidate can produce original certificates only for the purpose of verification in the Polytechnic / Institution and can
    submit only two sets Xerox copies in the Polytechnic / Institution”.
    8. The commenncement of the classwork will be from 18.10.2021.
