your responsibility to ensure that membership dues and renewal reports are
forwarded to Toastmasters International in accordance with the principle of
immediacy and timeliness.
Madam. VP PR, Maria Maderia, your keywords are club promotion. It is part of
your duty to spread the cause of Toastmasters to the community.
MR. IPP, Nino Jose Chan, your role is to provide guidance and serve as a
resource to the current club officers and members. You are tasked to assist in
the preparation of the club success plan and promote the club’s effort to
become a distinguished club.
Further, dear officers, you are charged with leading this organization according
to the laws of democracy, under which every person who wishes to speak shall
be heard, toward the end that in every matter considered, the best opinion
shall prevail through the express will of the majority, and best course of action
followed. Do you accept this charge?
