    3.A written consent (Non-Objection Letter “NOL”) from SAUDI ARAMCO shall be provided to approve utilizing the sub-contractor employees.

    less than three working days prior to the event date.
    7.The payment invoices made in due certification/training will be e-mailed directly to the contractor using the e-mail address saved in SAUDI ARAMCO Finance database.
