    Steps To Appear For Online Olympiad - 2022

    READ VERY CAREFULLY,


    DO NOT IGNORE ANY INFORMATION

    1. Go to Candidate Login page - https://iof.evalcbt.com/login

    2. Enter Username and Password received in email/SMS or as also displayed


    in Student Portal under Applied Olympiads. Please note this Username
    and Password is NOT same as your Username and Password for Student
    Portal.

    4. After login, there will be a display of examination detail:

    5. After clicking on the “Start Test” the following instruction page will come
    up. Before starting the test you need to click on “I agree” allowing the
    server to have access to the webcam.

    6. After clicking on “I agree” the above pop up will appear. Click on the
    “Allow” to start the webcam.

    7. Please read all the instructions before starting.

    8. Now click on Start Test. The following screen will appear as soon as “Start
    Test” is clicked and you are required to click on “OK” for better viewing
    experience (for full screen).

    9. On the right top corner, you can see examination timer. It would show you
    the current time remaining for the examination. You would need to keep
    an eye on it as the examination would get finished automatically if your
    time is elapsed.

    10. On the top of your screen, you can see a summary of examination.

    11. On the right side in a box, you can see Question Pad with individual
    question buttons. Each button is color-coded as per the status of the
    question.
    12. As you can see question text and image would be visible on the screen
    along with suitable multiple-choice answers.
    13. You need to select one of the correct answers out of available choices. You
    can also change the answer option at any time if needed within the given
    time span.
    14. There are 2 buttons below answer options

    Mark For Review: you can click it if you wish to mark your question for
    review
    Next Question: You can click on it if you wish to move to the next
    question. Your current question selection would be saved when you click
    on Next Question button.
    15. You can navigate to any question and attempt it. When you reach last
    question there is button Submit Test. If you click on Submit Test then
    warning message would be shown related to exam completion.

    16. Only after completing your examination, click on the Submit Test button.

    17. If you click on the Submit Test button your test would be submitted and
    no further changes would be allowed.

    18. If you click “No” then you are allowed to recheck the answers. You can
    review all the questions.
    WARNING
    The entire examination will be proctored, and if any suspicious activity is
    noticed, for example changing the tab during the test/ exiting the full
    screen mode during the test, the system will give warnings to the students.
    There will be 3 warnings given to each student after which the test will be
    automatically submitted.
    Use of any unfair means will result in disqualification. If any person other than
    student registered for Olympiad is visible in the camera during
    examination, the student will be disqualified. If any means are used to
    record the Question Paper like video recording, photographs of questions
    etc. are taken, student will be disqualified.
