COURSE INFORMATION
1. Course Number : BAHRE 322
2. Course Name : PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Course Description : This course provides students with holistic, integrative view focuses on how projects
contribute to the strategic goals of the organization. The linkages for integration include the process of selecting
projects that best support the strategy of a particular organization and that in turn can be supported by the technical
and managerial process to bring its project to completion. Further, the student will be provided with the knowledge
that the goal for prospective project managers are to understand the role of a project in their organization and to
master the project management tools, techniques, and interpersonal skills necessary to orchestrate from start to
finish.
3. Pre-requisite : CBM 121
4. Co-requisite : None
5. Credit : 3.0 units
6. Class schedule : 6 hours per week (1 term) 7. Program Educational Objectives (PEO) of BSBA:
Three to five years after, the BSBA graduates are expected to:

1. Assume supervisory and/or managerial responsibilities within their organization.


2. Pursue graduate studies in business and management.

d. Valid examination permits are necessary in taking the examinations as scheduled. CELLULAR PHONES
or any ELECTRONIC GADGETS are NOT allowed during EXAMINATIONS. Prescribed PRC
calculators are allowed to use.
e. Base-15 grading policy should be observed. Students who obtained failing scores in major exams are
recommended to attend the tutorial class.
