138 Vibration Analyzer units pushed to FY 2022 due to Air Conditioner/REA Settlement.
(3)
Cryogenics - Shore 1000/2000 Gallon Lox Tanks, Commercial item requires minimal testing, skip year is not needed. Cryogenics - Shore 1000/2000 Gallon Lox Tanks, FY 2021 unit cost reduced based on contract award

Diesel & Electric Servicing Platform has accelerated testing planned, no skip year required. Utilizing DLA Heavy Equipment Program.
(5)
The next-generation AECTS must support 13 specific generators across 7 aircraft configurations. The schedule for integrating the test programs for each Unit Under Test (UUT) part number is largely dependent on the availability of
Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) for each aircraft platform. The highest-priority generator UUTs are the F/A-18 Generator Control Unit (GCU), the V-22 Constant Frequency Generator (CFG), and the V-22 Variable Frequency
Generator (VFG). The sparse availability of these units has led to a longer integration and testing schedule for the AECTS Replacement program.
(6)
Joint Electronics Combat Systems Tester (JSECST) prior year procurements fulfilled in FY 2016 within A/C Common Support Equipment Budget. Transitioning to Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) budget for Operational Test Program Set
(OTPS) Offloads.
(7)
Transportation Code in prior years was budgeted under Production Engineering Support. Transportation Cost are not included in Unit Price in prior years or within the Future Year Defense Plan (FYDP).
(8)
Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) line created to address CSE emerging obsolescence issues identified requiring immediate support to maintain fleet capability.

ACES SYSTEMS was bought out by Technology Energy Corporation (TEC).
(10)
Request for Proposal and subsequent planned contract award delayed due to contracting strategy change to combine sustainment support with the ECP contract.
(11)
Completion of first article manufacture and acceptance testing delayed due to resolution of emerging component obsolescence issues.
