    SK RESOLUTION NO. 3 s. 2021

    A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 2021 ANNUAL BUDGET OF SANGGUNIANG


    KABATAAN OF BARANGAY SUMANDIG AMOUNTING TO SIX HUNDRED EIGHTY
    THREE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED THIRTY FIVE PESOS AND 05/100 (Php
    683,935.05)

    WHEREAS, Section 8 (b) of RA 10742 otherwise known as the SK Reform Act of 2015,
    provides that the SK shall approve the annual budget which is the annual slice of the Annual
    Barangay Youth Investment Program before the start of the succeeding fiscal year;

    WHEREAS, Section 8 (c) of the same act empowers the SK to promulgate resolutions
    necessary to carry out the objectives of the youth in the barangay in accordance with the
    Comprehensive Barangay Youth Development Plan and the applicable provisions of the act;

    WHEREAS, Section 3.3.2.2 of DBM, DILG and NYC Joint Memorandum Circular No. 1, s-
    2019 authorizes the SK Chairperson, with the assistance of the SK Treasurer to prepare the
    SK Annual Budget consisting the following: (i) estimates of income; and (ii) expenditure
    program;

    WHEREAS, this Annual Budget is compliant to Section 20 of RA 10742, JMC No. 1, s-2019
    and other related guidelines in the use of SK Funds;

    WHEREAS, this Annual Budget is necessary in order to carry out the programs and projects
    of the Sangguniang Kabataan as outlined in the Comprehensive Barangay Youth
    Development Plan (CBYDP) and the Annual Barangay Youth Investment Program (ABYIP);

    THEREFORE, on motion of SK Councilor Christian Jover D.C. Omac duly seconded by SK


    Councilor Mark Ferdinand M. Bernardo;

    RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED to approve the 2021 Annual Budget


    amounting to
    SIX HUNDRED EIGHTY THREE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED THIRTY FIVE PESOS AND
    05/100 (Php 683,935.05)
    RESOLVED FURTHER, that the full text of the Annual Budget 2021 shall be read as follows:
