How to stop Over thinking ?

Get out into the outside world more:


Step out into the outside world more, let your body step outside. Stepping out here means that
you don't have to hide in the room every day anymore. After a day of studying and working,
don't hide at home, don't just lie on the familiar bed and think too much about everything. You
can go to eat, go shopping or walk to the park near your house. Even if you have free time, you
can travel, go backpacking all over the city... These things can make you more comfortable,
happier, and soothed your inner self.
Facing the actual emotions:
• Evapse is temporary, next we must learn how to face it:
We know what we are thinking?
What do we understand?
What do we need to choose from?
These are the three most essential things to face your current contact bran. In fact, it is not only
when people are stressed, tired, sad to think. Even when we are very happy, we can be thought
too much. I understand that, many of you are worried that: "The sky and earth are so happy. So
how will it be tomorrow when all these joy and happiness disappear." The days when I had
thought a lot, I could not even be clear what I thought in my mind, I started taking out the pen
and writing.
Write a diary or write down your own thoughts
The more thoughts I have, the more I should write them down. Because writing a part will help
us relieve the feeling as if you are confided. For someone, it felt like I was clarified of the
thoughts of my mind. I wrote clearly what he was not sure, still a bit vague, writing all what he
was thinking. Realize thoughts into ordinary ideas in paper. It will be an outline plan for the
next. In addition, writing is also a way to practice thinking skills, serving your work.
Take good care of yourself from the outside and inside
• No matter what, you have to eat really well, really fill up, don’t skip meals. And especially
don’t stay up too late. This sounds familiar, but it’s very important. In fact, sometimes we
neglect ourselves and things get worse. I know things are not going well but nothing lats
forever. There are stories where in that moment we feel so bad. We think we can’t get over it.
No we always have a way to make things better. We’re alive, we always have a chance. Take
good care of yourself!
Relax and focus on living in the present moment
 Meditation is one of the effective mental balance methods that many people choose
when facing pressure and fatigue. Sit as comfortably as possible, close your eyes and
calm down. It is best to relax and not let yourself think about anything else.
 Practice how to change thinking and how to look the problem. Instead of thinking that
the future is dark and risky, think that everything that comes your is a gift. Life is always
full of new things. We only really live when we go beyond our comfort zone.
 Do other things. Embarking on something else will help distract your mind. The negative
thoughts of the problem will no longer dominate your spirit. Focus on doing what you
love; relax with cheerful music; Join a funny game; Talk to someone who can listen to
me .. All will contribute to stopping the overthinking process quickly and effectively.
 Learn to be grateful and pleased. Being grateful for what you have and being pleased
with everything in the present. Thanks to the challenges that have come to help us grow
and be pleased with the process we overcome it.
 Acknowledge your own success. It is one expression of self- love, self-respect. Have you
ever acknowledged your success and been proud of it? Do this, you will not have to live
with dozens of negative thoughts. No need to overthinking as often as now. Because
everything is perfect according to your point of view.
Trust your intuition

 This is the best way to help who are overthinking overcome their current bad situation.
The key to overthinking is being too sad about what happened in the past, or too
worried about what hasn’t happened in the future. So why not try trusting your original
intuition? Choose the first idea that comes to mind as soon as a series of thoughts pop
up.
In short, live your life to the fullest, give yourself time to grow up. Stop over thinking .
