At Stubborn Factory, the daily tasks used to be assigned to me by the team leader. These tasks
were as follows:

● I used to research the given colleges and universities and find out their respective
clubs and groups.

● Afterward, I gathered the contact details of the head authorities of the respective clubs
and groups.

● Then, my work was to call the potential clients and do a sales pitch.

● I was also obliged to brainstorm marketing ideas for the growth of our company.

● I also have to research various brands and see how they are growing, and what
marketing strategies they are applying for their growth.

● I had to document all my research information and present it to my team leader.

Challenges Faced During Internship

● Feeling overwhelmed: Marketing is a fast-paced and ever-changing industry, and it


was a bit overwhelming for me to keep up with everything. There is often a lot of
information to learn and a lot of tasks to complete.

● Not knowing where to start: There are many different aspects of marketing, and it
was difficult for me to know where to focus my efforts.

● Performance Pressure: Although the company and overall employees were


supportive and helpful but I used to feel a bit of performance pressure sometimes as I
was an intern and I always wanted to perform well.

The interview was with the Chief Marketing Officer, and the marketing manager at Stubborn
Factory. She was very friendly and approachable, and she made me feel comfortable right
away.

She asked me a variety of questions about my experience and qualifications. I was able to
answer all of her questions confidently and I feel like I made a good impression.

One of the things that I really liked about Stubborn Factory is that they are very focused on
their respective goal. The Interviewer also told me that they offer a variety of training and
development opportunities for their interns.

I was very excited about the possibility of working at Stubborn Factory. I think it was a great
opportunity to learn more about marketing and to gain some valuable experience.
