    APPRENTICESHIP TRAINING AGREEMENT

    This agreement, entered into on the ………………..between………………………

    ………………………. Herein after called the employer and……………………..

    ……………………………….Herein after called the apprentice, in the occupation


    of FASHION & DESIGNING.

    The term of apprenticeship commence on the……………………….. day of


    ………………20…………will terminate upon the completion of the apprenticeship
    training period or by muted concert of both employer and apprentice. The term of
    apprenticeship is flexible and a completion of apprenticeship certificate will be
    issued on apprentices who complete all portions of their training.

    WITNESSETH

    1. The employer agrees to:


    a) Accept and train the apprentice in all areas of the occupation so far as the
    employer’s facilities and availability of work permits.
    b) Ensure the apprentice is supervised during the agreed train period.
    c) Cooperate with any government agency if any in monitoring the progress of
    training of the apprentice.
    2. The apprentice agrees to;
    a) Work as an apprentice and be trained in the occupation by the employer.
    b) Show caution and respect of the tools and equipment, goods and properties
    of the employer and avoid any damage or waste.
    c) Show caution and respect for the goods and properties of the employer’s
    customers
    d) Treat employer’s customers with RESPECT and ALMOST GOOD FAITH.
    3. The apprentice rate and payment for the services rendered by the employer
    shall conform to the current collective agreement, if the employer is party to
    the agreement, or to locally accepted into in the absent of the collective
    agreement.
    4. All parties agree to be subject to and the provisions of the apprenticeship.
    5. Witness thereof the parties hereto have hereunder set their hands and day and
    years aforesaid.

    BY – LAW
    1. Keep the workshop and its environment clean at all times.

    2. Work starts at 8am and closed at 5pm with 30 minutes break from 12noon to

    12:30pm.

    3. No quarrelling in the workshop by who so ever, all grievances and problems

    should be directed to the manager.

    4. No private work should be carried out in the workshop without the approval

    of the manager.

    5. Any material, property damaged by who so ever shall be obliged to pay in

    full.

    6. The customer is our priority and must be given good treatment and respect

    at all times.

    7. No apprentice absent or leave the workshop without permission.

    8. No visitors in the workshop.

    9. No manipulation of cell phones during working hours.
