1. What are your key learning points for the recent week?

Last week, our group had an important presentation to present the campaign we have
implemented in knit product startup project. This presentation was not only an
opportunity for us to share the achievements and highlights of the project, but also to
gather feedback and suggestions from the instructor and other members in the class. The
instructor provided us with detailed and constructive feedback on the strengths and
weaknesses of our campaigns. Thanks to these suggestions, we realized that there are still
many things we need to improve in order to enhance the project. The upcoming final
presentation on November 10th will be an opportunity for us to demonstrate our progress
by addressing the feedback that has been given. We hope that the final presentation will
be a chance for us to showcase the improvements and strong development we have made.
We believe that the feedback from the instructor and other members in the class has
significantly helped us progress and will contribute to the success of our campaigns.

2. Which learning points do you like the most?

I am extremely satisfied and delighted with the presentation that our teacher organized
last Tuesday, that we could review the of entrepreneurial projects we have been working
on recently. As expected, the groups have demonstrated significant achievements in their
projects. I truly admire the dedication and effort that you all have put into this work.
From market research and analysis, product design, application development, to brand
promotion, the groups have shown determination and genuine passion in turning ideas
into reality. Not only in terms of achievements and efforts, but I also want to
acknowledge your creativity and teamwork skills. From searching for new ideas,
providing innovative solutions, to task delegation and working together to achieve
common goals, you have shown a great spirit of unity and collaboration. This has not

only added value to the products but also created a positive and encouraging working
environment. The presentation has shown that we have not only achieved success in our
entrepreneurial projects, but much more. We have learned how to work effectively in
teams, find innovative solutions, and apply knowledge from previous courses into
practice. These are important skills that we will carry with us throughout our lives and
careers.

3. Is there any learning point that you find difficult to understand? Is there any
doubt?

Our teacher has provided some suggestions to improve startup model, and greatly
these proposals. One of the ideas is develop additional social media pages, particularly
utilizing TikTok to promote our products. With the strong growth of social media
platforms, using them to promote products and build brand awareness has become
incredibly important. Social media platforms are where millions of users engage and
interact daily. We recognize that leveraging social media platforms will help us reach a
large number of potential customers and quickly spread the word about our products.

Using TikTok for product promotion also brings many other benefits. With its short
video creation feature and unique style of communication, TikTok has the ability to
generate rapid interaction and spread within the online community. We can create
creative, engaging, and audience-appropriate content to attract interest and positive
interaction from TikTok users. This not only helps us build a stronger brand but also
creates natural viral spread for our products and attracts new customers. Furthermore, we
need to understand the style and mindset of users on each platform to create suitable and
engaging content. We need to research and understand the current trends and demands of
TikTok users in order to develop effective and creative promotion strategies.

 4. Which learning point is new to you? Does it make you change your previous
thinking?

Previously, I used to think that starting a startup project was not too difficult and just
required working as a team. However, through a real-life experience and valuable
feedback from my mentor, I realized that having a mentor for the team is truly an
important factor in ensuring the success and development of the project.

Initially, when my team and I started the project, we were confident that we would
achieve the goals we had set. However, during the process, we encountered many
difficulties and challenges that we did not know how to effectively resolve. At that time,
our mentor continuously checked and updated the progress of the group project. We
received a lot of helpful advice from our mentor.

At first, I didn't truly understand the importance of having a mentor. I thought that we
could figure out and solve the issues in the project on our own. Through our experience, I
realized that having a mentor truly makes our work smoother and brings more innovative
ideas. Our mentor helped us identify the core issues in the project and pointed out our
strengths and weaknesses, providing us with the necessary suggestions and feedback to
improve the team's performance.

5. Which entrepreneurship topic will you research further? And how?

For a startup business, holding intellectual property rights is extremely important and
worth paying attention to When creating a new and innovative idea, no one wants to see
their hard work being abused or stolen. Intellectual property rights not only protect the
creative idea but also provide confidence and motivation for entrepreneurs to continue
developing and realizing their ideas.

Intellectual property rights apply not only to the creative industry but also to every
business sector. Businesses need to ensure that their technology, brand, documents, and
other important components are protected and not copied or used unlawfully. Having a

policy to protect intellectual property rights will create a fair environment and sufficient
motivation for businesses to progress and develop.

However, protecting intellectual property rights is not always easy. The process of
copyright, trademark, or patent registration can be time-consuming and costly.
Additionally, resolving disputes related to intellectual property rights can be complex and
expensive. Therefore, learning about this topic early on will help me gain more
experience in the future.

6. Describe at least one relation/personal experience between what you have

learned and things happening in your life?

Becoming the president of the English Club in high school only gave me a great sense
of responsibility but also provided me with opportunities to experience and apply the
skills I had acquired throughout my four years of university. Before taking on the role of
president, I viewed learning English as a personal task, without considering its
importance and the level of responsibility it carried. However, when entrusted with the
management, organization, and leadership of the club, I realized that learning English
was not just a personal matter but also played a crucial role in communication and
community cohesion.

In order to organize club activities, events, and practice sessions, I had to enhance my
time management, planning, and delegation skills for the members. I learned how to work
in a team, discuss ideas together, and find the best solutions to achieve our common
goals. Along with that, I also learned how to persuade and inspire the team, so that they
remain united and enthusiastic in their work.

Being the president of the club not only helped me develop soft skills, but also
expanded my vision of the English language. Through organizing activities and events, I
had the opportunity to practice and apply the language in real-life situations, thereby
acquiring effective communication skills and becoming more confident in using English.

 7. What do you plan to apply into developing your venture and yourself?

I believe that planning and establishing relationships are important aspects of a

business person's success. Since I entered college, I have realized the importance of
building a network and, as a result, I have set a goal to participate in clubs and talk shows
to cultivate quality relationships.

Joining clubs and extracurricular activities not only helps me develop personal skills
but also opens up new opportunities to connect with like-minded individuals. I have
joined business clubs, volunteer clubs, and other social activities where I can meet and
interact with people who share the same passion and desire for success. Through these
interactions, I have had the chance to exchange ideas, learn from the experiences of
others, and establish meaningful connections.

In addition to club participation, I also actively seek opportunities to attend talk shows
and industry conferences. These events not only allow me to engage with experienced
and successful individuals in the business field but also provide me with new knowledge
and updates on market trends.

Planning and investing in relationship building has brought me numerous benefits. I

have had the opportunity to learn from successful individuals, receive support and
encouragement from mentors, and create a diverse and rich network of connections. From
these experiences, I have gained confidence, knowledge, and future career development
opportunities.
