Good morning my name is Melvin Alarilla and I am delighted to have the opportunity to discuss my

passion for architecture and my experience in this field. With two years of dedicated practice in
architecture, I've had the privilege to contribute to a variety of projects, each presenting unique
challenges and opportunities.

Tell me something about yourself

Again I'm Melvin Alarilla , and I'm passionate about architecture in its ability to shape our environments
and experiences. With 2 years of dedicated practice in the field, my career journey has been a blend of
creative exploration, technical expertise, and a commitment to sustainable design. I am currently 26
years old and I’m residing at Cabanatuan City Nueva Ecija. After Graduating at Nueva Ecija University of
Science and Technology as an Architect student and finishing the 2 years of apprenticeship to acquire the
experience that we need to be able to be called as a Junior Architect. After that I immediately took the
board exam and passed it. With that experiences I can now call myself as a Professional Architect and as
a professional architect, My path has been shaped by my profound appreciation of design and my
dedication to making surroundings that not only fulfill practical requirements but also uplift and improve
the lives of peoples.

In my career, I've encountered challenges that have not only refined my technical skills but also
reinforced my adaptability and problem-solving abilities. I'm thrilled about the prospect of bringing this
expertise and enthusiasm to EcoArch Visionaries , contributing to its projects and furthering the vision of
creating impactful and innovative architectural solutions.

How do you handle stress, how will you handle difficult situations if ever you will be part of this
company or institution?

If I were to be employed by this organization, I would use a variety of strategies to deal with stress. First
would be the time management to guarantee projects move forward smoothly and without additional
stress, I would carefully plan and prioritize work. Secondly, It would be crucial to keep lines of
communication open between stakeholders, clients, and team members in order to prevent
miscommunication and facilitate quick problem solving. Lastly. Navigating unanticipated issues would be
made easier by using problem-solving techniques to adapt to unforeseen challenges and by asking
colleagues for collaborative solutions. And in terms of handling difficult situations using my knowledge
and abilities, I would come up with alternatives that would take into account both immediate
improvements and long-term effects. I think it's important to use group knowledge to generate creative
ideas and create a welcoming atmosphere where suggestions are respected.

Furthermore, I think it's important to learn from failures. I would see challenging circumstances as
chances to improve, using the knowledge I gained to refine my tactics and avoid repeating the same
mistakes.
When do you see yourself 5 years from now?

I see myself developing as a seasoned and skilled architect in this organization in five years. My goal is to
have made a substantial contribution to numerous inventive and complex projects, developing my skills
in project management and sustainable design, as well as potentially specializing in a certain
architectural specialization. I envision myself assuming more responsibility, probably in a managerial or
leadership capacity, where I can instruct and advise more junior architects, helping others grow and
develop as well as ensuring projects succeed. My overall objective is to keep developing as an architect,
adding significant value to the projects undertaken by the firm, seeking personal and professional
development, broadening my skill set, and favorably influencing the architecture sector in general.

Why do you want this job?

This job opportunity truly appeals to me because it fits my ideals and career goals. The company's
reputation for promoting a helpful and collaborative work environment is what draws me in. I really
think that collaboration and idea sharing may produce amazing results. I'm quite interested in the idea of
working with a team that promotes cooperation, welcomes different viewpoints, and fosters professional
growth. In addition to that I have a sincere love for architecture, and I see this position as a chance to
make a meaningful contribution, work with intelligent people, and be a part of an organization that
shares my goals and beliefs in creating outstanding architectural solutions.

What are your expectations in this job?

My expectations for a job as a professional architect cover a number of crucial areas that are necessary
for both professional and personal development in the architectural industry. I look forward to working
on demanding and varied projects that will test the limits of design innovation and let me use my
abilities and imagination. also Effective teamwork is essential; I anticipate a setting where genuine
conversation, a range of viewpoints, and combined experience come together to create outstanding
