Getting Started

What to do first
• Save a copy of this file, so you always have the original to go back to.
• See the Example Month worksheet for quick ideas for how to use these digital stickers.
• Open the Excel file you want to use these stickers with.
• Copy the stickers worksheet into that Excel file (see below for detailed instructions)

Important to know…
• Digital Stickers work on top of the cells of the spreadsheet.
• Transparent stickers allow you to see the text behind them.
• To avoid moving stickers you can use the arrow keys to navigate to the cell you'd like to edit.

Compatibility
These Stickers work best with Excel 2010 or Later
(Excel Online currently lowers the image resolution too much)

Adding a Digital Sticker Set to your Excel File

There are two ways to add stickers to your Excel spreadsheet:

Method 1 (recommended): Copy the Sticker Set into your Excel document
This allows you to have all the stickers easily accessible
1. Open the Excel file you'd like to use these stickers with.
2. Right Click on the "Sticker Set" worksheet below, then select "Move or Copy"
3. Under "To Book" select the Excel file you want to import the stickers into
4. Check the "Create a copy" box, then click OK
5. A new Sticker Set worksheet is now inside your other Excel file so you have easy access
 Method 2: Copy and Paste Stickers from this file
You will need to have your working file and this file open
1. Open the Excel file you'd like to use these stickers with.
2. Find the sticker you'd like to use in the "Sticker Set" worksheet below
3. Select the sticker image and press Ctrl+C to copy it
4. Go to your other Excel file and press Ctrl+V to paste it

Transparent Stickers
Transparent stickers sit above the cells in a spreadsheet, but allow you to see the text you've entered
in the cells underneath them.

To edit the text in the cells underneath the sticker you'll need to either navigate to that cell with the
arrow keys, or move the sticker out of the way momentarily and then click on the cell to edit it.

Try it out: Click this cell, then use the arrow keys to get to the content under the sticker below.
