Shri. Sparsh Sachar, is founder of the company holds degree in B. Tech Computer
Science . He is Born in Punjabi business family, Sparsh Sachar is young Turk who has
great interest and passion to pure Food FMCG play. He has strong inclination for business
from childhood days which was further nurtured by his father. From his childhood days he
used to attend factory of his father and learned basic rules of business, ethics, people
management and importance of commitment Mr. Sparsh possesses exceptional
business acumen and ability to crunch data and numbers along with extraordinary
administrative and people management skills and these has helped company immensely
to build scalable business rapidly . He has deep understanding of global agro commodity

Manufacturing Unit (Mustard Seed Crushing Unit)

Company has embarked to set-up its own Mustard Seed Crushing Unit with capacity of
125TPD .The unit has set-up mustard seed crushing & oil extraction unit at Mathura . The
commercial production has started in April 2023. -Company has installed its
Ultramodern sophisticated Mustard Seed Crushing Unit at Plot No. F – 5, Industrial Area,
Site - B, Mathura Uttar Pradesh with 125TPD proposed capacity

Considering the exisiting B2B Institutional profile with the additional manufacturing
facility of 125TPD company’s sales would ramp up with 38% projected revenues in FY
2023-24.

ü Product: - The Unit will extract Mustard Oil Cake & Mustard Oil followed by the
Mustard seed crushing . Both the finished products will be sold in the domestic market
with inhouse brand name of “A1” that give leverage to boost its sales as projected in FY
2023-24.

ü Market: - During the year company proposed penetrate in new market in NCR to cover
Delhi & western UP & also expend its network in Gujarat, Rajasthan & Haryana. At
present company have depots/Branches at Mathura, Hardwar, Saharanpur, Bareilly,
Dehradun, and Moradabad.

ü Locational Advantage & Clientele: - The Unit has locational advantage to source the
Raw Material with in the vicinity of 40KM from local mandi’s Bharatpur (Rajasthan
Etc.) while on supplier side the company has tied up arrangement in local mandi’s
Bharatpur etc. to procure mustard seeds. The major suppliers are Shri Sai
Commodities Brokers , Shree Shivam Agri Brokers , Umesh Trading, Shri Krishna
Brokers ., etc. Major client of the company are Vijay Solvex Pvt Ltd , Alwar , Nutra Oil
Private Limited , Naya Ganj Ghaziabad , Raj Trading Company Bareilly Uttar Pradesh &
