    OF COUNSEL OF RECORD

    COME NOW, the Plaintiffs, through the undersigned counsel, unto this
    Honorable Court most respectfully state that:

    1. The counsel of record for the Plaintiffs is ATTY. SAMANTHA C.


    DANTE;

    2. The aforementioned Plaintiffs were recently informed of the travel plans


    of ATTY. SAMANTHA C. DANTE to the United of States of America
    during the pendency of their case;

    3. That aforementioned Plaintiffs have thus respectfully engaged the


    services of the undersigned counsel to be their new counsel of record.

    4. That both the Plaintiffs and the undersigned counsel have given their
    consent to the substitution.

    PRAYER

    WHEREFORE, premises considered, undersigned counsel most


    respectfully prays that ATTY. SAMANTHA C. DANTE be substituted by the
    former as the counsel of record for the Plaintiffs.
