THIS MEANS THAT MOST EMPLOYEES NO DIFFICULTY IN

➢MANY EMPLOYERS ARE NOW INTRODUCING SPECIFIC


PROGRAMMES TO MANAGE THE RECRUITMENT,
DEVELOPMENT AND RETENTION OF TALENTED WORKERS.

➢ DIFFERENT EMPLOYEES RESPOND TO DIFFERENT HR PRACTICES.
➢WORKFORCE DIVERSITY MUST BE CONSIDERED WHEN
