Passengers should be at the Airport 3 hours to the ETD (Estimated Time of Departure) of an International flight and 2 hours to the ETD (Estimated Time of Departure) of a domestic flight for check-in.
Check-in closes 40 minutes before departure of an international flight and 40 minutes before departure of a domestic flight.
ETICKET /BOOKING REFERENCE CODE and photo identification (International passport, National ID card, Photo ID card) are required upon check-in. International travelers must have their
INTERNATIONAL PASSPORTS.
Tickets can be purchased online/counter up to 1 hour before the flight time.
Online check in starts 72 hours to your flight time and ends 3 hours to departure time.
If you change your travel plans and you wish to cancel or reschedule your flight, please call any of our sales point at least 1 hour to the flight time. Failure to do this will attract a no show fee.
Checked baggage allowance: Domestic (Maximum 30kg for business class 20kg for economy class) International ((Maximum 40kg for business class 30kg for economy class), Any baggage in excess of
