Mylast project in the previous organization was Onshore Nagarjuna Oil Corporation’s Cuddalore Refinery, Tamil Nadu
a project of Oil Corporation Tamil nadu, which consists of Operation & Maintenance works, Preventive & Predictive
Maintenance Breakdown maintenance of Mechanical systems for Unit-I, Boiler & its auxiliaries Routine, Preventive &
Predictive Maintenance, Annual Overhaul and Breakdown maintenance for Unit-II TG & its auxiliaries and associated
systems, including piping valves, Refurbishment of Columns, Mixer & Agitator, Fin Fan Coolers Maintenance jobs, VCU
(Crude-I),M&I S/D Maintenance in Plant 201,202 & 203 besides that 430 employees involved in the facilities
management whose Health & Safety is my primary responsibility including the physical assets' safety, environmental
aspects & impacts within the facility.

Responsibilities include management of HSE Officers in implementation of Project HSE Plan, procedures, liaise with
Client and sub-contractor HSE representative(s) team on hazard identification & risk assessment and implementation
of safe working practices, conduct HSE inspections, verify work permits, inspect lifting equipment, fire extinguishers,
fixed fire fighting system, first aid kits. Conduct HSE inductions, accident/incident investigation and reporting, HSE
Trainings, HSE meeting with senior management. Preparation of HSE statistics, participate in internal/external audits.

employees as and when required.
