DESSCRIPTION:

Pacific Life Insurance Company is an American insurance company providing life insurance products,
annuities, and mutual funds, and offers a variety of investment products and services to individuals,
businesses, and pension plans. In 2001, Pacific Life became majority shareholder of Aviation Capital
Group (ACG) which owns, manages, and leases commercial jet aircraft internationally, and offers
aircraft asset management services. In August 2019, ACG said its equity value was $3.6 billion. In
September 2019, it was reported that Pacific Life Insurance will sell its aviation unit for an estimated
$3 billion to minority stockholder Tokyo Century Group, which owns 24.5% of Aviation Capital
Group.

Responsibilities:

development for extracting data from the heterogeneous source systems like Oracle, flat files,
XML files and loading into Staging and Data Ware House Star Schema.

DESSCRIPTION:
DELTA Air Lines is a US based airlines service, provides Domestic and International services from USA.
The scope of the project is to find out passenger details who travelling indifferent dates in domestic
and international level, booking details, seat available details and post and scheduled flight details,
etc. And also find out booking conformation, seat conformation, and booking cancel details, seat chart
details, flight arrival and departure details, flight leg and segment details.

APPLICATION SCOPE:

• Extract data from source systems containing post flights and scheduled flights, booking and
seat available details and integrate them and then load to the staging database.
• Extract data from staging database and maintain most historical data in the data warehouse.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Understand business requirements, sources and dimension data models for target. •
Involved in preparing mapping specifications as per the requirement. • Created staging
mapping to extract various levels of data available in the source and loaded to the staging
database.
• Created SCD-Type.2 mapping to maintain current data and most historical data based on
indications using mapping designer.
• Created complex mapping for fact table loading with the reference of dimension tables. •
Created workflow to run all mappings at a time and observed status in the workflow

PNC BANK, USA

PNC Bank is one the largest banking and mortgage lending companies. The CRM operations of
the company involved channeling of various offers. The customer data is imported from various
sources into Customer management system (CMD), which is a data warehousing system where
information is brought into and processed. CMD is used by reporting and marketing teams in
collecting relevant customer information, and creating the selective offers for the customers.
Informatica Power Center tool was used to load strategic source data into CMD.

Responsibilities:

• Extensively used Informatica Power center for extracting, transforming and loading data
from relational sources and non-relational sources.
• Extensively used the transformations Sequence Generator, Expression, Filter,
Router, Sorter, Rank, Aggregator, LOOK UP (Static and Dynamic), Update Strategy,
Source Qualifier, Joiner.
• Developed Informatica mappings, re-usable transformations, re-usable mappings and
Mapplets for data load to data warehouse.
