OFFER OF DIPLOMA IN INDUSTRIAL ART ADMISSION FOR THE 2023/24 ACADEMIC YEAR

This is to inform you that the Admissions Board, on behalf of the Academic Board, has offered you admission to Tamale Technical
University to pursue a two year programme in DIPLOMA IN INDUSTRIAL ART ( Leatherwork regular session) beginning at Level
100.

1. The programme is full-time.

2. In order that the offer of admission to you is confirmed, you are required to pay a fee of One Thousand Nine Hundred and Thirty
Ghana Cedis (GHC 1930) only. However, payment of a minimum of 50% of the total fees will enable you register in the 1st
semester and the 50% balance for the 2nd semester. Payment should be made into the University fees account at any branch of
Stanbic Bank (A/C# 9040002752772), Zenith Bank (A/C# 6011100414). Register online at https://app.tatu.edu.gh/portal
with username and default password being indexNo sent after payment of fees.
3. The University does not have financial assistance for students. There is however, an optional students' loan scheme for registered
Ghanaian applicants. Students who wish may obtain a loan from the Students Loan Trust Fund (SLTF).

4. You will be medically examined on the University Campus soon after commencement of the first semester. However, you are
required to bring with you a recent x-ray of your chest for the exercise. You are advised to indicate to us if you have any physical
challenge or sickness for which you may need special assistance.

5. The University has a Hostel facility which goes for GHC 1,000 (6 in 1 room) or GHC 1,200 (4 in 1 room) per year, awarded
strictly on first come first served basis. Interested students may apply to the Dean of Students' Affairs for consideration and pay
at any branch of Ecobank (A/C#1441000311891).
6. Your affiliated Hall will be Nkrumah Hall upon reporting.

7. All students are expected to be in good standing for the full duration of their programme and may be withdrawn from the University
at any time for unsatisfactory academic work or gross misconduct.

8. You are expected to report on Friday, 5th January 2024 and go through registration formalities between Friday, 5th January
2024 and 2nd February 2024.

9. You are required to indicate acceptance of this offer of admission on or before 2nd February 2024.
