    MINISTRY OF EDUCATION AND SPORTS, TECHNICAL VOCATIONAL EDUCATION AND TRAINING (TVET) FEMALE SCHOLARSHIPS FOR ACADEMIC YEAR 2023 CALL FOR APPLICATIONS, Applications are invited from suitable female candidates interested to join Technical Vocational Education and Training (IVET) Diploma and Certificate Skills programs dominated by male tenable at recognized Vocational Technical Institutes and Colleges. The available slots sponsored by Government are ninety (90) under the following programs; SIN | Fields Slots 1 | Automotive Mechanics 15 Maintenance inecring Technolo; Road construction Applicants must have a minimum of “O” Level Certificate with credits in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry OR holders of Uganda Community Polytechnic (UCP) Certificate for candidates wishing to join Vocational Training Institutions. Applicants for Colleges must have 2 principal passes in relevant subjects at the same sitting for “A” Level Certificate or a Certificate in any of the National Certificate courses offered at various TVET Cerificate Awarding Institutions. Applicants must not be more than 25 years old Applicants who already have admission letters from recognized institutions and are in their first year are also encouraged to apply. Procedure of Application ‘The application forms can be downloaded from the Ministry Website on www.education.go.ug or at the TVET Operations and Management Offices located at Legacy Towers, 3" Floor Wing B, Plot No. 5, Kyadondo Road, Wandegeya Closing date Dully filled application forms should be returned not later than 20" April 2023, to the TVET Operations and Management offices, Legacy Towers 3" Floor Wing B.
