    Objective

     Execution of plant Batches as per Production Schedule and timeline.


     Planning and arranging of Raw material in plant as per requirements.
     Contribute to the design of the plant equipment.
     Support for the operation readiness activities and plant start up and involved the equipment
    commissioning activity.
     To carry out all unit operations for Manufacturing of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients.
     Accountable for ensuring Process Technicians perform their task in compliance to Environmental
    Health & Safety, cGMPs, GDP and all relevant company policies and procedures.
     Ensure that the shop floor is in a constant state of safety and regulatory compliance and inspection
    readiness.
     Ensure effective training of all the operations and compliance to SOPs and OJT for colleagues and
    teammates.
     Ensure all Process Technicians perform their task in compliance to Environmental Health & Safety,
    cGMPs, and all relevant plant policies and procedures.
     Ensure Cleaning of Equipment’s in Every batch interval with suitable solvent’s
     Training of subordinates to handle the Hazardous Raw material and Solvents as per MSDS.
     Following cGMP and SOP in production workplaces. Eensure proper communication and handling
    over of shift duties.
     Responsible for the updating of Manufacturing Standard Work and Operation Standard work.
     Complete all documentation according to GMP and GDP standards.
     Monitor the plant status and liaise with colleagues of other departments to ensure there is no
    interruption to the manufacturing process.
     Troubleshoot all operating deviations and issues and coordinate with other functions when required.
    Responsible for preparation and cleaning of equipment for maintenance work.
     Take immediate action to resolve any near-miss situations.
     To co-ordinate with respective departments for in-time dispatch.
     To always maintain the 5’S in production area and workplaces.
