    Fixing of nozzles and sockets where heavy leakage are occuring and injecting P.U. grouting with high
    intensity P.U. chemical with the help of high pressure P.U. grouting Pumps etc. all complete on good
    conditions. Note . (1) All the works/materials to be used in the work including dewatering,
    scaffholding, electricity, manpower, materials, etc., should be the resposibilty of contractor.
    Contractor shall deploy sufficient manpower, tools, tackles etc at site. mobilistion of resources at site
    shall be responsibility of contractor. (2) Leakage should be blocked permanantly. 5% payment shall be

    withhold and shall be released after completion of defect liability period/1 monsoon period. If
    leakage occurs again, it will be the reponsibility of contractor to repair the same upto 100%
    satisfaction of engineers, without any extra payment. (3) The price be inclusive of all temporary
    permits, freight, insurance and all such other costs. Price shall remain firm and no escalation shall be
    permitted. All stator taxes and duties are inclusive. Nothing extra shall be payable other than the
    quoted price

    1 50% Advance for mobilization & material
