    Impression Acute Upper Respiratory Infection, probably Viral

    - Take your medications as prescribed.


    - Monitor temperature daily and record (fever is a temperature of 37.8 deg C and
    above). Please also note for any changes in symptoms.
    - Observe the proper health protocols advised by DOH such as wearing of masks
    and regular handwashing.
    Recommended Plan - Increase oral fluid intake, drink 2L of water daily.
    - Ideally, have a flu vaccine yearly to prevent common causes of colds.
    - If your condition persists, have a face to face consultation with your doctor.
    - If your condition worsens, consult at the nearest Emergency Room.
    - Medgate is available 24/7, you may contact us anytime if you have other concerns.

    Butamirate citrate
    Take 1 tablet every 8 hours for 3-5 days, as needed for cough relief.
    (Sinecod Forte)

    Cetirizine 5mg + Phenylephrine


    HCl 10mg Take 1 tablet every 12 hours for 5 days, as needed for colds and nasal congestion.
    (Alnix Plus)

    Hexetidine
    Gargle 10-15 mL of the undiluted solution for 30-45 seconds, 3x daily after meals.
