My name is Kian Kaveh and I will be the PASS Leader for KINE 3012 Sections M&N for
this semester. I am a third year Honors Bachelor of Science student majoring in
Kinesiology and Health Science. I have previously taken this class and finished with great
grades. I am excited to meet all of you and help you succeed in this course.

6. What can I expect by coming to PASS?

During PASS we will do various activities to better understand the concepts taught in the
course (such as interactive white board drawings, 3D models for visualization). These
sessions are the form of an interactive learning session with your peers. We will be
going through course content together and breaking it down fully using many different
resources, and I will share different study strategies that are most effective for success
in this course.
7. Who can attend PASS?
Anyone who is enrolled in KINE 3012 is welcome to come to the sessions! And the best
part, PASS sessions are free! You can attend as much or as little as you would like and
there is no need to sign up in advance.

8. Can I find PASS resources/Zoom recordings online?

No. PASS sessions will not be recorded. PASS resources, worksheets, mock quizzes, and
other material covered in PASS will not be posted online and will not be available
outside of sessions. In order to get the material and learn with your peers you must
attend the PASS sessions.

study sessions, where as Peer tutors hold one on one sessions. You can find more

10. What can I do if I need more help?

Stong College and the Faculty of Health are committed to giving students the help they
need. Your professors and TAs are there to help you answer your questions.
