A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE APPOINTMENT OF MS. RIZZA E. DELA
CRUZ AS THE SANGGUIANG KABATAAN SECRETARY OF BARANGAY BILAD, CAMILING, TARLAC.
WHEREAS, Section 13 of Republic Act 10742, otherwise known as the
Sangguniang Kabataan Act of 2015 requires the Sangguniang Kabataan Chairperson, with the concurrence of the majority of all SK Members, appoint from among the Katipunan ng Kabataan, a secretary.
WHEREAS, Sangguniang Kabataan Chairperson Kim Russell D. Dela Cruz has
appointed Rizza E. Dela Cruz as SK Secretary of Barangay Bilad, Camiling, Tarlac effective upon passing the Resolution.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to
occur with the appointment of Rizza E. Dela Cruz as SK Secretary of this Barangay effective upon passing the Resolution.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that copy of this resolution be forwarded to all
concerned Officers for their guidance and information. ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 19th day of November 2023 at Barangay Session Hall, Barangay Bilad, Camiling, Tarlac.
