CHAPTER 1: INTRODUCTION
During the Summer Semester of the school year 2021-2022, I was able to
participate in an internship at the VES Foreign Language School as a content creator and
fan-page manager. I have had an interest in writing for a long time; however, I have never
got a chance to be a content creator in business field. By being a Content Creator intern, I
can enhance my knowledge in Education and Business Field. In addition, writing expands
my vocabulary and increases my capacity to formulate thoughts. Content creation is a
career that can stay firmly and develop thanks to the technology development. Therefore, I
believe this will be a stable and growing job in the future.
I have a chance to complete my internship successfully thanks to the support of
many units. I would like to thanks to Ton Duc Thang University and Foreign Language
Faculty creating conditions that enable me to learn, experience, and support my future
career. I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Ms. Do – my instructor of Ton Duc
Thang University for creating and supplying favorable conditions to complete this
symposium.
To Hoi Viet Anh Foreign Language Company Limited, I would like to thank you
for the opportunity to be your Content Creator. I can confidently say I wouldn’t have
grown and learned as much as I have these past 4 weeks without your constant support. I
am incredibly grateful to my internship supervisor, Ms. Nguyen, for their invaluable
guidance and support throughout my internship. Throughout the internship, Ms. Nguyen
took the time to give me invaluable insights. She provided me with clear direction, and she
was always available to answer my questions and provide valuable feedback. Her
constructive feedback helped me to improve my skills and approach to my tasks, and their
encouragement kept me motivated and focused. I am deeply thankful for Ms. Nguyen’s
time, effort, and for her commitment to my success.

2.2. Advantages and Disadvantages:
2.2.1. Advantages:
The guide as well as all the colleagues are very helpful and thoughtful, and the
working environment that the center created is extremely comfortable. They never
hesitate to explain all my questions and join in a hand to help me do the job as good as
possible. This friendliness and enthusiasm help me to not be afraid as it’s the first time in
an environment that full of strangers. Moreover, the tasks are clear and feasible. Until the
last days of my internship, Ms. Nguyen still help, guide me to present forms, and answer
all my queries in the report.
Being a content creator is a chance for me to develop my interest and my strengths
in writing. During my internship, I have better understand my own strengths and
weaknesses. I also learn and discover new knowledge in content creating.
It’s also my first time meeting and connecting with many children, so I can get to
know them more. Working in VES Language School give me chance to get in touch with
many kids and to know that every kid has different characteristics. It is very interesting. I
don’t just work on my laptop, but I also guild and help them in their social, educational,
and emotional development. Moreover, it helps me to be more patient and thoughtful.
2.2.2. Disadvantages:
Although I have a passion for writing, I have never taken on the position of
business content creator before. Therefore, I still have many shortcomings and
difficulties, and it takes me a short time to keep up with the work schedule. I have to face
4
with some problems such as running out of ideas. However, the guide as well as all the
colleagues are very patient, helpful, and thoughtful.
The second problem that I have to face with is communication. My personality is
quite introverted, so contacting and getting to know new people is a bit difficult for me.
However, the colleagues take the initiative to start a conversation, and they makes me
gradually feel more familiar with the center.
2.2.3. Conclusion:
After four weeks of internship, I had known what the future job would be related
to. making content is not just writing, but it is an extensive process that must be
thoroughly explored. Moreover, being a content creator will also need a lot of related
skills. In communication and team-work skills, I learned how to treat parents, staff, and
students with courtesy. I must respect for superiors; however, be clear and
straightforward to bring the highest work efficiency. For customers, all the words given
must be accurate and certain. When the center is in trouble, employees can stand for the
company's point of view, but they need to use the most gentle and persuasive words. In
work-ordering skills, I learned how to arrange work in a reasonable and logical way and
clearly plan the content of work to be done every day. Moreover, I always planned a time
to handle arising, or delayed work for some objective reasons. In particular, always have
to classify which jobs need to be completed first and which can be finished later.
Although there are just 4 weeks, this is a good opportunity to approach the
knowledge and reality of education and the business field. I would like to thanks again to
Ton Duc Thang University, the Faculty of Foreign Languages, and Ms. Quyen for
creating conditions for me to learn and experience to support my future work. In addition,
I would like to extend thanks to the Hoi Viet Anh Foreign Language Company Limited,
especially Ms. Nguyen for leading, imparting knowledge, and expanding my
understanding during the internship.

CHAPTER 3: PLAN FOR FUTURE CAREER
I have clearly determined the career direction that will be Business English in the
future. Therefore, being able to participate in the Career Course since the summer
semester of my 2nd year gives me the opportunity to try different English-related fields.
The opportunity to practice at the center helps me realize that making content is not just
writing, but it is an extensive process that must be thoroughly explored. Moreover, being
a content creator will also need a lot of related skills such as design, editing, work-
ordering, communication. Therefore, next year, I will focus on registering for short-term
design courses to support my passion and work opportunities in the future. In the future, I
hope that I will be able to manipulate the Business English knowledge as well as learn
more knowledge about content to apply communication jobs such as copywriter,
advertising agency, corporate communications specialist, magazine editor, and television
station editor.
CHAPTER 4: RECOMMENDATIONS
Regarding suggestions and comments, the Department of Foreign Languages has
been doing a good job in conducting and supporting students, so I have neither
recommendations nor suggestions to the faculty.
