    System of Play:
    The Tournament will be conducted as per FIDE Laws of Chess and
    FIDE Swiss System with 9 Rounds.
    Reporting Time:
    All players should Report at 9.00am. Tournament will start at 9.30am.
    Time Control:
    10 Minutes + 5 Seconds increment from move 1 for entire game.
    Tie Break:
    In case of a tie, the latest AICF Tie Break Rules shall come in effect.
    AICF and MCA Registration:
    All participants should be registered with AICF and MCA
    Online AICF and MCA registration link is given below.
    No entry will be accepted without AICF and MCA players
    registration and such players will not be paired.
