Dean, College of Agriculture
Foundation University

Dear Sir,

I am writing this to ask for permission to conduct a laboratory trip at Dumaguete City
Slaughterhouse on October 2-3, 2023 in my subject SLA201A Slaughtering of Animals and
Animal Products Processing. There are 33 sophomore students enrolled in this subject. This is in
support of the topics discussed during our class and to expose them to the actual slaughtering
procedures done inside the slaughterhouse and the basic meat inspection procedures.

From this educational trip, the students will be required to submit a narrative report after
the trip. Hoping for your kind consideration and approval on this matter.

Attached herewith are the List of Students and Itinerary for your perusal.

Thank you very much.

Respectfully yours,

MELITO B. CATAYLO, JR.
