    The wheel loader was loading a rigid truck HD465 and during the third loading cycle specifically in the
    Copy: step "dump" a rock fell on the cabin, which damaged the front glass, monitor and dashboard, causing
    Quality Assurance the engine to shut down. The operator was unharmed, but he was in shock for some minutes; the truck
