delivery. Manage the competition, profitability by lowering the logistics cost. Formulate a contingency
plan to make the supply chain flow and increased year over year savings by average 5% in shipping cost by
consolidating the cargo. Secured the order by 95% filled ratio on received inquiries with reasonable
margin.
 Material Management. Measuring the efficiency, quality, and cost of planning, organizing, and controlling
the movement and storage of materials used to create a final product. Managed the inventory of $23
million in UAE, $7 million in KSA and $1 million in Kuwait. Developed the vendor owned managed
inventory (VMI) system with rotating stocking plan and reduced the inventory by 18% and improved the
cash flow by 3%.
 Inventory Turnover. Quantifying the specific carrying costs including capital costs, inventory risk,
inventory service cost to make smarter buying and forecasting decisions and avoid the higher inventory
turnover. Improved forecasting accuracy 95% by grouping the inventory and eliminate stagnant inventory
by 8% to prevent it from occupying valuable warehouse space.
