Subject: Direct Asault to a Person in Authority
For: Chief of Investigation Unit

1. This is an Initial Report about the Assaulting a person in Authority at Alibagu City of Ilagan,
Isabela. This Case was reported to this office at 8:00 am May 10, 2023 by Police Officer
Jovanalyn Manangan, Desk Officer of Ilagan Police Office.

2. Investigation revealed that around 7:30 am May 10, 2023 when Patrol Man Alex D. Magiba
was conducting a checkpoint at Alibagu City of Ilagan, Isabela when a female driver is shouting
at him and saying “wala kang kwentang police, bobo!’’ Patrol Man Alex D. Magiba
immediately reported this to the police station.

3. The identified female was, Mrs. Lea D. Maano, married, 45 years old and a resident of the
Barangay, Alibagu City of Ilagan, Isabela

4. After interviewing Mrs. Maano she is aware of his actions and she will not be talking
anymore.

5.This case is to be futher investigated.

Subject: Dynamite Fishing

1. This is an Initial Report about the Dynamite Fishing of a Male Fisherman at the Cagayan
River at the back of the North Star Mall, Alibagu City of Ilagan, Isabela. This Case was reported
to this office at 6:00 am May 01, 2023 by Police Officer Jovanalyn Manangan, Desk Officer of
Ilagan Police Office

2. Investigation revealed that about 5:00 am May 01, 2023 when Mr. Dino E. Sour, 45 years old,
Married, Sari-Sari store owner, Residing at Alibagu City of Ilagan, Isabela was doing a morning
jog at the River Control, when he saw a Male Fisherman throwing Dynamite to catch the fish,
Mr. Dino immediately took some videos and pictures of the Fisherman that he is doing Illegal
Fishing and also to serve as a evidence, after taking some videos and pictures Mr. Dino
immediately reported the matter to the Desk Officer of the Precint

3. The Unidentified Fisherman was a Filipino about 30 years old, about 5'3 tall, regular haircut.

4. After Interviewing and Showing some pictures of the Fisherman at Brgy. Alibagu City of
Ilagan, Isabela they said that the Fisherman is not at bonified resident of Alibagu City of Ilagan,
Isabela and none of them could give any information about the Fisherman

5. This case is to be futher investigated.

1. This is an initial report about the Illegal Possession of Firearms And Ammunition at Brgy. San
Ignacio City of Ilagan, Isabela this case was reported to this Office at 11:00 am May 04, 2023
by, Sgt. Jovanalyn B. Manangan Desk Officer of precint No.2 At 11:00 am May 04, 2023 Sgt.
Jovanalyn B. Manangan, Sgt. Officer of precint No.2 reported to this Office that a Illegal
Possession of Firearms And Ammunition was found at Brgy. San Ignacio City of Ilagan, Isabela

2. Investigation revealed that about 10:00 am May 04, 2023 when Mr. Wan T. Ed, about 37 years
old, Married, Brgy. Kagawad bonified resident of Brgy. San Ignacio City of Ilagan, Isabela while
he is patrolling he saw 2 man selling a gun, he quickly grab his phone and took a videos and
photos of them that they are selling a gun, after taking some videos and photos he immediately
report to the police office.

3. The 2 unidentified man was a Filipino, about 28 years old, about 5’3 tall, regular haircut, they
are both wearing cap and a long sleeves.

4. After interviewing and showing some pictures of the 2 unidentified man at Brgy. San Ignacio
City of Ilagan, Isabela. They said that the 2 unidentified man was not a bonified resident of the
said Barangay. None of them could give us any information about the 2 man.

5. This case is to be further investigated.

Subject: Children Sniffing Rugby

1. This is initial report about the Children Sniffing Rugby at the footbridge of Brgy. Baligatan,
City of Ilagan, Isabela. This case was reported to this office at 9:00 am May 01, 2023 by Police
Officer Sgt. Jovanalyn B. Manangan, Desk Officer of Ilagan, Police Office.

2. Investigation revealed that about 7:00 am May 01, 2023, When Mrs. Alicia E. Santiago, 57
years old, Married, Junkshop Owner. Resident of Calamagui 2nd, City of Ilagan, Isabela was she
is walking along the footbridge he saw a boy sniffing rugby, he immediately reported this matter
to the Police Station,

3. The unidentified boy was a Filipino, about 130 centimeter, about 11 years old, regular haircut,
skinny.

4. After interviewing some people walking in the footbridge they immediately identified the boy,
and as we ask some people they identified the bot that he is a bonified residents of the sid
barangay we also invite his parents for some interview about their child.

5. This case is to be further investigated.

Subject: Buying Stolen Items

1. This initial report is about Buying Stolen Items at the Surplus Store located at the Alibagu City
of Ilagan, Isabela. Infront of the National Highway. This case was reported to this Office at
10:00 am April 29, 2023 by Police Officer Jovanalyn Manangan, Desk Officer of Ilagan Police
Office.
2. Investigation reveal that about 9:00 am April 29, 2023, when Mrs. Dina S. Lab, 48 years old,
Married, resident of Barangay Alibagu, City of Ilagan, Isabela while she is walking along the
highway when he saw that there’s a lot of new stuff they are going to display in the Surplus
Store, He immediately walked to the store and while she is browsing on the display I noticed that
some display stuff had some names on them, she reported this to the store owner and then the
store owner said that there is a 2 man sell to them those items with names, after that he
immediately reported this matter to the Police Station,
3. The 2 unidentified man was a Filipino, about 28 years old, about 5’3 tall, regular haircut, they
are both wearing cap.
4. After interviewing some people at Barangay Alibagu, City of Ilagan, Isabela . They said that
the 2 unidentified man was not a bonified resident of the said Barangay. None of them could give
us any information about the 2 man.
5. This case is to be further investigated.
