Program Learning Outcomes (PLO) for the BBA Program, SOBE


In its BBA program the School of Business and Economics aims to produce graduates with
the capabilities of critical thinking and problem solving by integrating the common core of
skills and knowledge so as to be able to identify research and analyze business situations and
suggest well-justified solutions.
1) PLO-1: Knowledge and Understanding: /Cognitive-[1) Knowl.]
Our graduates are expected to have extensive domain knowledge and should be able to select
and apply such knowledge to business issues in the local and regional contexts.
2) PLO-2: Critical Judgment, Problem Solving, & Numeracy Skills [2) CT,PS & NS]
Identify, define and analyze problems, critically assess existing understanding, exercise
critical judgment, and create new ideas, methods and ways of thinking to solve those
problems with skills in time management.
3) PLO-3: Interpersonal Skills [3) IS]
Our graduates will be effective communicators in their respective fields. Communication

Choose, organize, prepare and deliver oral presentation that is informative, impactful,
focused, well-structured that meet professional standards.

Our graduates will be able to work in teams with a sound reflection of their responsibility,
