    MINUTES OF THE MEETING

    1. The minutes of the HPTA meeting was conducted on September 14, 2023, at exactly 3:00
    P.M. at Grade 4- Magiliw Classroom.
    2. Twenty (20) parents/guardians attended the meeting.
    3. The agenda of the meeting are as follows:
    a. Election of PTA Officers
    b. Grading System
    c. Pupil’s Behavior
    d. Pupil’s Reading Level
    e. Absenteeism
    f. School ID and Uniform
    g. Pupil’s Portfolio
    h. Tanod (pay Php 55.00 per parent)
    i. Classroom Projects:
    1. Procurement of 2 ceiling fans
    2. Repair of Girl’ CR
    Contributions: Php 100 per parent
    j. Other concerns

    4. The meeting started with a prayer , and the adviser Miss Brendalyn Hermosura welcomed
    the parents.
    5. The adviser discussed the agenda comprehensively with the attendees to address their
    concerns regarding the school rules, policies, programs, and schedules.
    6. The classroom/school rules were explained to the parents whereas:
    a. Students must come to school as early as 6:00 a.m. or before 6:30 a.m.
    b. Please follow up on your child's activity, especially home-based activities, and
    support our program in reading and numeracy.
    c. Do not tolerate your child's absences, tardiness, and behavior.
    d. Please ask the teacher about your child's progress and status
    e. Cooperate with the adviser.
    f. The teacher talked about the importance of school programs/and plan like the
    Reading Program.
    7. The election of PTA officers was actively participated in by parents/guardians.
    8. The last part of the meeting was an open forum. During the meeting, the adviser answered
    and clarified all the parents' and guardians' queries.
    9. The meeting was successfully adjourned at 4:00 p.m. in the afternoon.
