    I, M.Geetha, AE(Electrical), humbly submit the following few lines for your
    kind attention and favourable orders. I have joined in TSGENCO/KTPS-V&VI Stages as
    Asst. Engineer/ Electrical on 22.02.2016 vide ref 1,2& 3 cited above. I have been
    working as Assistant Engineer/Electrical to till date to the utmost satisfaction of my
    superior officers. My probation commenced and completed vide orders cited above vide
    ref 5 & 6 respectively.
    In this regard it is to submit that I have completed 6 Years of continuous
    service in the cadre of Assistant Engineer/ Electrical from 22.02.2016 F.N to
    21.02.2022 A.N. Therefore, I am eligible for appointment to SGP Scale under
    Automatic Advancement Scheme in this cadre of Assistant Engineer on completion of 6
    Years service which counts for increment as per rules in vogue.
    Hence it is requested to arrange to issue sanction orders for SGP at the
    earliest please.
